Product Description

The regeneration optimization kit includes a variety of solutions that can be used to disrupt interactions between the analyte and ligand for SPR analysis. Regeneration buffer conditions must be optimized in order to effectively remove the analyte without damaging the ligand.

Optimization kit includes:

• MgCl2 4M (25 mL)
• NaOH 0.2M (25 mL)
• SDS 0.5% (25 mL)
• NaCl 5M (25 mL)
• Glycine-HCl, pH 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 (25 mL each)
