Product Description

Individual Custom-loaded TnX Tagging Reagents for customers that need to transpose with a universal adapter. seqWell offers the Tagify Universal Adapter-loaded TnX in two versions, TnX A14 and TnX B15.

* Unit definition: One unit of  B15-loaded TnX transposase is the amount of tagging reagent required to fragment 100 ng of E. coli genomic DNA to an average length of 650 – 850 bp in 5 minutes at 55°C in 1X Coding Buffer in a 50 µL total reaction volume.  The average fragment length is determined by electrophoresis on the Agilent TapeStation.
